Today we're in beautifulHelsinki city and in this video I wanna talk about mysecrets to find happiness.
I've kind of titled this video as a millionaire'ssecrets to find happiness because at the tender age of26 I made my first million, now I'm 29 soon to be 30 andI've spent the last couple of months just kind of reminiscing, asking myself what is it in my life that has made me so happy? And what is it that has helpedme sharing this happiness with so many other peopleand I kind of tried to break it down to a couple points that I wanna share here with you today.
First off disclaimer though, okay? Why did I title this video, millionaire's secret for happiness? Did I do that to brag? Maybe a little bit but at the same time, I want you to understand that I'm not some sort ofbroke hippie meditating in a cave happiness on one extreme, on the other extreme, I'm notsome sort of corporate schmuck who's making millions of dollars but actually being miserable inside.
I consider myself as aperson who's kind of managed to find the healthy balanceof the real world achievement of making money, and the I don't know, call it spiritual world, call it the inner world of finding inner happinessand in this video, I want to be sharing with youhow you can get there too.
So if you like the ideaof being free and wealthy on one hand, and being contentand happy on the other hand, then pay attention becausethis video is for you.

The first point is findsomething that is your purpose.
Be on your purpose.
Now what do I mean by that? Just kind of a looseconcept, what is my purpose? And maybe if you're watching this, you're not 100% sure whatyour purpose in life is, well, you let's keep it simple.
Here's what I usually teach my clients.
Ask yourself right now, whatis it that you like doing? If there was something in this world that you could be doing all day for free, what would that be? And that is maybe notexactly your purpose, but it's part of your purpose.
Maybe you have an activity that you like doing all day, right? Maybe you like sports, maybe you like philosophy, maybe you like talkingabout something, right? Maybe when you're with friends or family, this is the one topic thatyou always talk about.
Maybe you always talk about nutrition, maybe you always talk about psychology, maybe you always talk about video games, whatever it is, right? This is very likely tobe directly connected to your purpose, okay? Now, when it comes to a purpose, there's the surface level purpose, what do I like doing all day? What is something thatwould be doing for free? And there's a deeperlevel purpose in terms of, I probably wanna help people, I wanna have positivity around me, I wanna have the right peoplearound me and so on, so forth.
For now, let's stick to thesurface level, all right? What would you be doing for free all day? And maybe if you've beenfollowing me for a while you may be of heard me sayingthis many times before, hey, what I'm doing rightnow, what people pay me for, I would be doing for free, because I love it so much.
Now, obviously, I'm not doing it for free, because I'm not an idiot, and I like the idea of making money because my money canliterally make me free and I can share greatexperiences with others, and at the same time, bynow, I have a lot of costs that are involved with bringingthat expertise to others.
And again, I like the idea of making money and being wealthy.
So that's why I'm not doing it for free.
But at the same time, I like the idea of doingwhat I'm doing here.
And I'm not sitting athome, counting the hours until I can quit, or countinghow much I have to work until I make X, Y, Z amount of money.
No, I'm loving what I'm doing, it makes me feel very fulfilled, and I'm getting paid for that.
So you have to be on your purpose.
And the great thing is andI've mentioned this before, nothing is more fulfillingthan being on your purpose.
And kind of sitting somewhere, or walking somewhere knowing I'm exactly whereI'm supposed to be right now.
It's kind of hard to explainand once you feel that, you know what I'm talking about.
It's almost like this likehook that hooks you in, you're just kind of opening your eyes and all of a sudden you're like, I'm exactly where I want to be, I'm exactly where I shouldbe, this feels right.
Now I'm not working on something else, where I'm just hoping it's over soon until it can do the actualthing I wanna be doing, I'm not suffering through something, I'm not learning some BS thatI don't wanna be learning, I'm exactly where I want to be.
And I haven't felt thatuntil my very early 20s.
Until that point, I was youknow, studying, I was at school, I was serving in the Austrian army, and I never had that feelingof this is what I want, this is where I want to be going, I've always had that feeling of like, ah, when is this gonna be over? When do I graduate? When do I get the thing? When do I get paid? And that was kind of an indicator that I was not on my purpose and you might be feeling that too.
Instead, you wanna be buildinga life where you're waking up and you're like, I'm workingon exactly the things I wanna be working on.
Every little thing I do eachand every minute of this day is bringing me closer to my goal, and I'm loving and enjoying it.
That is being on your purpose.
That is part one.
Now let's talk about part two.
Let's talk about the secondthing that is very important.
And that is making money.
Now when I talk about making money, there's another important caveat that I wanna bring you here, that's part of part two, and that is, it's not about how much youmake, it's how you make it.
Have you ever met a personthat is making a ton of money, right, maybe multiple, seven figures a year, but they've been absolutely miserable.
Maybe they were in a corporate job and they had to work youknow, 80, 100 hours a week and they were absolutely miserable.
But thank God they had fourto eight weeks of vacation in their, in every year where they could you know, drive the Ferrari or a Porsche and now they're happy, right? On the other hand, haveyou ever met someone who was making good money, you know, maybe a couple, couple, multiple six figures a year, maybe a couple 100, 000 a year, and they did not have towork 80 to 100 hours a week, maybe they did not haveto work all the time and on weekends, maybe they found a way to make decent money, but in a way that theycan actually enjoy it.
Now, would I prefer tomake millions of dollars over, over a couple 100, 000 of dollars? Absolutely, but the question is how? So basically, when it comesto finding fulfillment in your life, you wanna find a way that you could earn moneyin a way that it actually is enjoyable and mostimportantly, sustainable.
So a big reason why I choseto become an online coach and an online consultant, and a big reason why Iteach that to my clients is, because it's independent oflocation, independent of time.
All right, so again, today we're in Helsinki, by the time of the recording, the quarantine is still going on, so you can't really traveled, but at the same time itis, I think it's Monday, a lot of people are at work, a lot of people have to do some things, but I can do whatever I want.
And if I wanna work ona Sunday, or not at all, or if I wanna work for twoweeks, and I don't wanna or I don't wanna work fortwo weeks, I can do that.
It allows me to do that.
So the way I'm makingmoney is exactly the way I want to be making money.
Means independent of time, independent of location.
If I wanna go snowboarding in winter, I go to Austrian Alps, I go snowboarding.
If I wanna chill on the exotic beach, I go to Thailand orMiami and hang out there during the winter.
I've done all these thingsmultiple times, just as I please.
And that is a very, veryfulfilling habit to get into.
Just kind of knowing, hey, I can pack my things and go somewhere, I don'thave to ask my boss, I don't have anyresponsibilities that tie me to a certain location, I'm literally free.
And again, I'm not free in mymind, because I'm a hippie, and I'm semi-homeless, no, I'm actually free, meaning I could do cool things, I can go travel the world, I could bank money, and at the same time, I'm useful to society.
All right, that is what I mean, it's more how you make it, and not how much you make.
Now, let's talk about thethird point that is sharing.
And I've kind of mentioned this before, we're now going full circle, the surface level purpose, what you like to be doing, what you really, really enjoy, now connects into a deeper level purpose, in terms of what are youdoing for other people? And that is something thatactually makes you happy quite a lot as well now.
I don't know how old you are, right? Let me guess my demographicis you're probably between 25 and 35.
Usually when you're younger, maybe that's moresomething happened to me, but it happens to a lot of people.
You only have the surface level.
You're like, I wanna make a ton of money, I wanna do cool stuff for me.
But trust me, you're goingto get to that deeper level of purpose where you say, I like helping others, it feels very fulfillingto be doing something good, to be sharing something.
So what do I mean by that? Sharing on two levels, numberone, sharing your experience and your expertise with others.
And number two is sharing the moments and kind of the experiencesthat you're doing in the moment with others.

So sharing your experienceand this is something that I've been doing fora very, very long time, every time I learned something new, every time I would growin a certain field, I love talking about it, Iwould always just kind of like, like talking about it to others and say, “Hey, I learned this nowI'm gonna teach you this, “so you can also be better at that.
” And this is something thatwe all have within us.
That is something that youhave just as well within you.
The idea of sharing your knowledge, the idea of sharing with others, so they can be better at something is something that is innate, in all of us.
Maybe you're not feeling it that much now, maybe you're already feeling quite a lot.
It is a big, big reason thatfeeds into your own happiness, being able to lift others up, right, kind of like extending your arm and helping them out, right? Imagine you're in this water right now, imagine you're swimming there, you're cold, you're freezing, you're absolutely miserable, and you're amongst the first people that finds out how toget out there, right? You're climbing out step by step and you're slowly warming yourself up and you're starting to shakea little less, a little less, and after a coupleminutes, you feel great, you feel good about yourself.
Imagine you're now extending your arm and you're helping out someone else that is in there rightnow miserable, shaking, helping them out, andyou see them warm up, you see them getting better, and now you're sitting next to each other and that person thanks you.
It makes you feel better.
I don't know, I don't care howcold you might feel inside, this can make you feel better, and that is a big, bigpart of fulfillment.
And that is where thewhole dynamic of teaching, of mentoring comes in.
I have many mentors inall the important areas of my life myself, I pay a lot of money to people that help me live healthier, in terms of nutrition.
I have mobility coach, Ihave an exercise coach, I have a business strategycoach, I have marketing coach I have a team, buildingcoach, and so on so forth, and I'm paying happily a lot of money because I'm being taught by them.
But at the same time, I pass on my knowledge on building a freedom business, on building an online coaching or online service providingbusiness from zero.
I pass that on to my clients.
Number one because theypay me money for that, and that allows me to be free, but number two is becauseit has fulfills the living hell out of me because I can extend my arm and help them up to ahigher level myself, right? Now the second part of sharing is the experiences that you get to share, with your money, with your success, right? And you might have seenus on this channel, every year I take my good olddad out for an amazing trip where we usually travel around Europe, we usually rent cool cars.
We rented an Aston Martinonce drove through Scotland, we rented a Porsche I think once where we drove through Portugal.
And being able to travel with my dad and you know, sharing good food with them and staying at sick hotelsand hanging out in the spa and driving around in nice cars.
This is one of the most fulfilling things I could have ever done.
And same goes for my mother, I love paying for vacationsthat she can go on and I bought my brother a PC for Christmas and just like the his eyeswhen he unpacked that PC, my brother who's fed somany passions of mine, who's always been here for me, who's been such a good brother just saying, here's a cool PCbrother go enjoy the gaming.
It was one of the most fulfilling things I've ever done in my life.
And again, it all startedwith the surface level, like I wanna make money, Iwanna do all these cool things.
But the older you get, the more you do it, the more you just wanna share these things and be on all these amazing experiences together with loved ones withfriends, family, partners.
It's such an amazing feeling, and that is what deeply, deeply fulfills you on a deep happiness level.
And that is why I chosethat to be the third pillar of happiness of the millionaire's secrets to achieve happiness.
