to be one of the most discussed and most questions we get is related to gut health because constipation acidity has become such a huge problem so first of tell me what is this whole thing about digestion the digestion was not openly talk about now it's become a major
issue you really right Avantika what you said is digestive system is such a spoken out topic and everyone's talking about digestive health gut health there was point in life when no one realized all point and issue that we were facing actually came from your gut be it your
hair fall acne any other major issue in the bodies actually began from the gut and like hypocritic said that saying is so true All diseases began in a gut so a gut or digestive system is the only organ which exposes us to external world through our food we
eat so it's very important to take care of this organ because if this organ gets damaged whatever we are putting in our mouth or in our body through the food we eat so even if there are toxin in it it all gets absorp in our blood stream and
than cause a havok and that is very important to understand and so what you put in your mouth actually determines health of this tube that runs across our body and if you put in the wrong thing which most of us do today we barely put right things in
our systems constipation is a by product acidity has to be there right and there are so many other issues like piles there's indigestion there's in tolerances insensitivity and all of that happening all steams from the gut also you know a lot of people must be coming to you
All of us must have hurt and we seen it that when I remember there's problem with a gut all we do is pop a pill so what are the pro's and cons like how feesable how much do you recommend this ya I think we been trained to think
of a problem as a part and not as a whole what happens is when we have symptoms like constipation taking legsative becomes A quick fix and a go to you know it's gonna work next morning and you gonna feel lighter and all of that and if you have
acidity popping up something that we mindlessly do and most people do that but we don't realize that everything has root cause from I come what is your phase of constipation if you don't deal with that and you keep popping pills to band aid your symptoms your gut lining
is gonna get damaged because at the end of day these are drugs they go and irritate your nerves and irritates cell in your gut which then can't do digestion absorption well and that is going to become cronic and cronic after a point you'll see no pills will work
because you are not treating problems from root cause or with right solution you just band aid it with a pil so clearly you have understand what is causing acidity what is causing your constipation and then work on solution and than you will see it all gets better body
know how to heal like you said you put more of wrong things in than the right one's and we usually take our digestive system for granted what are the repocautions I am sure there are lot putting all wrong food inside so basically we always looked at digestive system
as organ which digest our food right but it does a lot more A immunity is 70% from digestion so if you're not taking care of digestive system your lower immunity and you'll fall infectious way faster and recover soon Also our gut is like house of billions of bacteria
which actually feed on food that we eat so if you eat the wrong food you will have the bad bacteria growing and the good bacteria dying good bacteria in our gut actually does a lot of function like helping us digest absorption of food balancing our hormones balancing our
moods lot of poor mood swings come from poor gut bacteria our gut has nerves our stomach has nerve which is connected to the brain so if your gut is not healthy your brain will never be balance all the negative thoughts all the mood swings all the irritibilty anger
all of that actually steams a lot from the gut so if you want good bacteria to grow you have to eat right kind of food so not just digestion I think you need to look at digestive system as important system as body treated with lot of tender loving
care and nature it with right food so that your immunity is in place your mood is in place the other organs are happy you're overall good shape and state coming post that about food what would you say one should go for in order to maintain a good gut
health so like I told you earlier whatever we eat either helps your gut cells to get better or it damages them so by now we all know what is bad for us but we still eat it mindlessly but little mindfullness can go long way so making sure you
eating as natural as possible a lot of fruits which actually alkicies the gut and they actually heal the cells of the gut because they have a lot of anti oxidant and vitamins minerals all of that our salad our raw salads are best food for good bacteria in our
gut because bacteria feed on fibre also our greens greens are very alkacing they have a lot of folate they have lot of vitamin K they have again lot of nutrients which again heals the gut than your sprouts whole grain all these food are very good ow what you
should avoid is the packaged foods the fried foods all the food which comes with lot of preservatives chemicals artificially grown food artificially processed food everything that is refined all of that needs to be out because clean eating is what your gut enjoys if you don't eat clean and
these cells get damaged they start opening up and that's when licky blood comes in your body starts leeching out all the proteins and bacteria and toxins into the blood stream causing lot of other diseases so maintaining the most integrity of gut lining through good food is important for
your survival ya so lot of herbs and species from our normal kitchen cabinet can do wonders for our gut health so from your ginger to lemon to mint your soft jeera ajwain elaichi all these herbs and spices are super carmenative they basically calm your gut cells they repair
it they help to digest the food and they basically improve the gut cell straingt than gut stay strong and healthy inside we also have certain suppliments which do very well pro biotics so if you eating not great diet you been taking a lot of medication you been doing
