Namaste friends! Why we are here? Why are we here? Why are we on this planet? There are three main important reasons to it! First is for enjoying and living life fully.
Have a lot of fun and experiences here! Second reason, is the urge to create something, I should be able to make something, before leaving this existence I want to leave a mark, a signature So that the upcoming generations can remember me! And the third biggest reason is that, I can learn, I am able to evolve, I am able to grow! And become my best version! So how do we become our best version? Today I want to talk on this topic itself! Come, let's start! So in order to become your best version, we need to work on this five dimensions of life! First dimension! Body! Second is mind! Third is soul! Fourth is love and relationships! Fifth is strength! In this video, I will talk about all the dimensions one by one.
So let's start with body! In order to become your best version, it is important to have a healthy body.
If your body itself is not okay, you will not be able to give your hundred percent.
You will not be able to give your best! You will never become your best version! Only a healthy body takes you to the best version of yourself! For a healthy body, the easiest two methods are good food and exercise! Try to have a balanced diet! A diet in which there is equal proportions of fruits and vegetables! Eat good food, have lots of water, have lots of smoothies! You can add new veggies and fruits and healthy foods in your life! Second is exercise! Do workouts, running, jogging, yoga.
When you mix all these in your life then your body becomes healthy.
Second dimension is mind.
Always remember that you are your owner! Mind is not the owner, you are the owner of your mind! Mind is not your owner! Got it, you are the owner of the mind and not that mind is the owner! Always remember this! You should know to train the brain that we are the first! The problem of majority of the people, is that they give their entire power to the mind! Then the mind takes control and gives direction and thus they cannot give their best ever.
So we need to learn to train our mind.
To make your mind powerful, to achieve a healthy mind, You need to always re program it! And the best way is to give new ideas to your mind from time to time! I am giving an exercise which you need to do every morning after waking up, after you had tea and after your me time of 10-15 minutes! write something, write new ideas! give new challenges to your mind, try to write down at least ten ideas! so your brain grows well with the help of this.
You need to be a good learner to train your mind! And a good learner is someone who always reads good books, reads good dialogues one who reads biographies of great people, one who watches good videos, joins online courses! One who attends good lectures, someone who joins for good discussions, in this way you can train your mind being a learner! In order to train your mind, it is also important to keep a note that, one needs to control their mental masturbation That means controlling usage of social media, that means controlling online browsing.
Because what are all these anyways, when you are watching a movie on Netflix or sitting ahead of the idiot box, the TV.
Always putting on thrash online! Wasting your time on social media! What happens will all these stuffs is, when you could have sit patiently and worked on some ideas, when you could have brainstormed something, instead of that, you are doing brain masturbation, so you need to save yourself from this! So I just want to tell you that, learn to manage your time! When you are able to manage your time, that time you become your best version! Travel alone, because for a healthy mind, you need to be first comfortable with yourself! And being comfortable with yourself, does not mean that as soon as you found time for yourself, you put that time in something else! You put that time into movies, put that time into social media No, you need to make that time creative.
You need to do something with yourself in that time, where you can arrive at a healthy mind state! For that travelling is very important, learn to travel alone, spend time with yourself! And learnt to write down your thoughts and ideas, make a habit to do it! Positivity is very important for a healthy mind.
So whenever you get negative thoughts, I have given you the 'Stop Exercise' many times! Do that exercise, learn to do that exercise and tell yourself, “Enough is enough” I need positivity, I will not go towards negative thinking, overthinking and not go towards negativity at all! And the most important thing, cut all the negative people from your life They might be very close, you respect and love them, but do not spend time with them unnecessary! That they dispose their negativity and their thrash onto you and your healthy mind goes into a unhealthy state! For a healthy mind it is important that you have control on your emotions! So we always need to check what our emotional state is, and your emotional state will only be balanced is when the work you do, comes from a state of happiness! And that happiness will only come when you do the work of your choice! It should not be like because of society, parents, or due to other pressure you chose work or job! So when you will choose a work due to the pressure of others! Then happiness will go away from your life! So keep checking your happiness index! Whenever you feel you are stressed more than required, when you think more than needed, just stop and check why are you not happy! And try to put happiness in everything of your life! That is how you feel emotionally balanced! That is how your mind will reach a healthy mind state, your state will reach a healthy mental state! Always keep your attention towards positivity! And not towards negative things at all! Secondly, try to understand that you are the driver, of your own life! There is no one above, who has been writing your fate and you will not get more than its written in your fate! If you go on with this attitude then you will never be at a healthy mental state! Always keep in mind, your life is a car and you are driver to it! So drive in the best way possible! I will tell you again to spend time with yourself and make peace with your past! Whatever mistakes you have done in your past if you regret it, then you will not come into a healthy mental state! Create a comfortable relationship with your past! Understand what has happened, that is in the past! Today's time is this, I am in the present! I love everything, I accept everything.
And I am thankful for all that God has given me! And that is how you get a healthy mindstate, healthy mind, that is how you become your best version! Now comes further Third dimension! That is soul! If I talk about soul so the most important is non judgemental attitude towards life! We all tend to have a judgemental attitude, this guy is like that, that guy is like that! this religion is like that, that religion is like that! In order to have a healthy soul and to come closer to your soul! Go with a non – judgemental attitude! I love everyone! I love people the way they are! I respect all religions! I do not follow any religion blindly! Every religion has good and bad aspects, I do not want to see the bad, I will accept all the good aspect I get in a religion.
Inculcate meditation in your life! Start the practice of it! Sit peacefully closing your eyes for some time and just thank the divine for this life! Make a key part of gratitude and thankfulness in your life! Knot it and keep it with you.
Every time and every moment when you breathe, when you see something new, when you achieve something new, Anything in life when you eat new, wear new, there should be a thankfulness, what a wonderful life I have! And meditation is an important key! For a healthy soul it is important that you sit for some time closing your eyes! And just observe one's breathing in silence.
Stay still in this present moment, what ever is happening let it happen.
and just enjoy it! When we are talking about the dimensions of the soul, remember to also be aware of your actions.
Be aware towards your work.
Do not break anyone's heart unnecessary.
Do not anything on purpose which may spoil someone's life! Thus, be aware of your acts! And a healthy soul will be intact in your life, due to which you can become your best version! Now we will talk about the fourth dimension! Love & Relationship Your partner plays a very important role in your life.
So never be in a hurry to choose your partner.
You are going to get married or falling in love, relationship with someone, So before getting into a relationship, just be more aware, also about be practical whether, you suit each other.
Love is on its place, love can happen to anyone, but can I live my life with this person? This is a very different question altogether! Always remember this thing, because if you do not gel well with the partner, you come home from work, are tired and fight everyday! You cannot become your best version man! So always choose your partner very wisely! Secondly, it is not necessary to have one thousand friends in your life! Make one friend of such kind, or two, or five of them, that when you are sad, you have something in your heart, certain pain, someone you can sit and share your sorrows open heartedly.
Someone who will not judge you.
Find such friends, know their value, And always keep them close to your heart in your life.
And the next thing, Family! Do not ever forget the roots or your groundings! If your roots are not strong enough, grounding isn't firm, then you cannot make a good building.
And that is what happens at times! So there should be such a relation with your family, with your brother, sister and parents that, that when you look into their eyes, when you go home, a strange love, an affection is intact with them.
When I talk about love and relationships, I always look at in two parts.
So the first part is, when I talk about your personal relationship.
If I talk about another part, that is about your work relationship.
Always remember that you give a major share to your work relationship in your life! And in work relationships, three people will be always important, one is your boss, your colleagues and your mentor.
Never work for such a boss whom you do not respect.
Otherwise your life will become very pathetic.
Secondly, always choose such colleagues, always choose such a team, who is more capable of you.
If you work with donkeys, then soon you will start becoming a donkey too.
If you stay with capable people, then you will have a strength to fight for more, will have an increased potential to go ahead.
Stay with such people.
Always remember the people you hangout with most, if you be with successful, rich, mentally stable individuals who want to do something with life, you will also end up doing a lot in your life then.
This is the way to become your best version! So here I have covered the fourth dimension, love and relationships! Now the last dimension and the fifth dimension, that is called strength! Always remember that strength is the most important dimension.
You should be very clear about your strengths.
And also what are your weaknesses! So I have a small exercise, whenever you are free sit and write down your qualities! Divide them into two sections : Personal Qualities and Work qualities.
Personal qualities is all about your nature, the type of person you are, whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, and work qualities is all about your skills, like your professional skills, your leading capacity, how many hours can you work in a stretch, divide them in such qualities, and with time keep enhancing your skills, Keep exploring and learning.
When you will be aware of your strengths, then only you can be the best version of your life.
With strength comes the part of money, always remember to work in such manner that money runs behind you and not you behind money, You need to get those qualities in your life, into your work life, Put so much love in the quality of your zone, that whoever is running behind the quantity, let them run behind the quantity.
If you think you are unique and money should run behind you, then focus on the quality, focus on your strength, and remember that your strength will only take you ahead.
This way only you can become your best version! I hope you all must have understood by now, how we all can become our best version! We just need to work on these five dimensions, And as and when you work on these five dimensions, You will see that automatically day by day, you have been doing your best.
