– All right, welcome back tothe channel, Max Tornow here, and in this video I wannatalk about how to crush it during the crisis and how toactually position yourself so you can come out on toponce the crisis is over.
So, if you're currently a little unsure about the situation, maybe you're worried, maybe you're even scaredand you don't know what it is that you couldbe doing in that situation, maybe you're scared aboutwhat life is gonna look like once the quarantine is gonna be lifted and you wanna come out as awinner and not as a loser, then video is for you becausethere's a couple things that some people are doing right now that are very, very bad for their future, for the next coming monthsand next coming years, and there's a couple of things that you could be doing right now to position yourself correctly so you can actually get out on top once everything is going back to normal.
So I wanna steer you awayfrom the wrong things and steer you towards theright things in this video, and if that sounds good, then pay attention, stay till the end, it's gonna be a lot ofvalue coming to you, little bit more surface level, we don't need to go super deep, but just a couple of thingsthat you could be doing right and that's what I wanna sharing with you, so pay attention, let's get started.
Have you ever wonderedwhether there is more to life than a boring dead-end nine to five job? Have you ever dreamed aboutbreaking free, you know, traveling the world, making good money and just enjoying life? No more office dress code, no morning commute, no boss, this channel is for you, so here's to your freedom.
First and foremost, what I wannatalk about is productivity, you want to be productive.
So if you look at the current situation, it's the following thing, alot of things are closed down, right, we're at a harborhere right now checking out some of the old-school boats, and a lot of things are closed down, quarantine, lots of peoplecan't go to their job and there's basically twokids of people, 50, 50, okay? 50% of people are at homeright now and they're using this opportunity as some sortof forced vacation, right, so what they're doing isthey're watching Netflix where they're even bored, right? I'm gonna give you a little bit of a provocative statementhere, and that is the follow, feeling bored if forpeople who are broke, okay, you can love me or hatefor it, I don't mind.
Now, the other 50% of people are actually taking advantageof that, they're saying, hey look, I have morespare time than ever, I have access to the internet, I have almost no distractions, so let me be productive, and that's exactly whatyou gotta be doing here.
If you want to win during the crisis you gotta amp up your productivity, do not fall into these sweet temptations of watching Netflix all day, of playing video games all day, obviously if it's fine if youwanna play some video games, but overall, you wantto stay productive now, you wanna be part ofthe winning team, okay? And on a side note, cool little saying that I just remembered, a smooth sea never madea skilled sailor, okay.
We're at this wonderful harbor right now, checking some of the old-school boats, you can see parts ofthe sea coming in here, and that's exactly that, a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor and it's the rough seas, the rough situations, the rough time periodwhere we are right now that kinda show, okay, which one are you gonna be? Are you gonna be a winneror you gonna be a loser? You gonna be a skilledsailor or you gonna go down? All right, that's the questionyou gotta ask yourself now.
So number one, productivity, the second one is regain control, regain the steering wheel, okay? If you look at the situation, how many people haveactually lost their jobs over the last couple of week.
I don't know the exact number but it was like 30 or 40 million Americansalone, alone in America, have lost their jobs and havenow applied for unemployment, how bad is that? And I don't wanna know how many people of these millions of peoplethat have lost their jobs, have thought that theirjob is safe, right? And there's something like a little bit of a mindset evolution going on right now because millions of people allover the world are realizing, hey, we've thought thathaving jobs is safe and we've thought that beingan entrepreneur is not so safe, and thusly we've all gottenjobs, and they're now realizing, hey, having jobs is notthe safest thing at all.
Here's the thing, there'salways risk involved, whether you have a job orwhether you're an entrepreneur, there's always gonnabe some risk involved, but, if you're your ownboss you're in control.
Please understand that, if you're your own bossyou can't get fired, you remain in control, right? So if you're employed, such as many people that have now lost their jobs, it can be that there's a littlebit of an outside stimulus going on, right, your boss'company not making enough money, quarantine coming in, your boss has to say, I'm not saying your boss isbad, but your boss has to say, “I'm sorry, you can't come to work, “I can't employ you anymore.
” You're screwed, it'soutside of your control, but, now let's imagineyou're your own boss, right, and you don't need to havea million dollar business, you can have a small businessthat makes you 5, 000, $10, 000 a month, or euros a month, right, you're in control, you can dothat absolutely on your own, you don't even need employees, nothing, but you're in control.
And that is what you have to think now, that is what you have to be starting now during the quarantine, start something where you are in control so a small little outside stimulus like this quarantine rightnow, isn't gonna hurt you.
In fact, most of ourclients, what we're doing is, we help our clients buildtheir own little businesses as online coaches oronline service providers, we help them get to theirfirst $10, 000 or euros a month, and then we help them scaleup to six figures a month and so on and so forth.
And that is exactly what has happened over the last couple ofweeks, many of our clients have actually been thriving, they've been doing better than before because they're in control, number one, because they remain productive, they're in a wolf mindsetand not in a sheep mindset and they're taking advantageof that situation, okay.
It's a little windy here right now.
Here's what I like about this shirt, well number one, business in the front, but number two, party in the back.
And that brings me to the third point, and that is go online.
You can see that again, if you look at thesituation right now, again, so many businesses areactually going under because they're offline, right, there's a quarantine, they have to be closed, they're screwed, but if you have an online business, you're not gonna be screwed.
Online works anyways, and the crazy thing is the online market, especially for online coachingor online service providing, has enjoyed a very, very steady growth over the last coupleof years, and meaning, there has been growth in some countries, the market has actually doubled each year 'cause more and morepeople are taking advantage of online coaching, theywanna be coached online, they wanna be mentored online, they wanna have servicesonline and so on and so forth, and now because of the crisis this affect has been amplified, all right, so the curve is going steeper up, why? I mean look at it, more and more people are spending time onlinenowadays 'cause they can't do anything outside anyway.
So it's almost likethere's this moving train and this train is moving faster and faster and there's people who arejumping on top of that train, right, they're on that train, they're enjoying the growth, they're growing alongside with it, they're getting faster, right, and there's people whoare being left behind, people who refuse to jump on that train, they stay on the sideline and they watch.
And this is, you don'twanna be that person, you don't wanna stay on thesideline, miss out and watch, you wanna be jumping onto that train so you actually enjoying thatgrowth alongside with it.
The crazy thing is, justif you're positioned alone as an online coach or asan online service provider, on that train you're enjoyingthat growth with you, okay, that growth is going alongside with you and if you then even say, you know what, let me put ina little bit of an extra work, you can actually learn to dominate in that market very easily.
Now you don't need todominate in that, again, you don't need to be thebest paid online coach in a respective field, you can be the 1000thbest paid online coach, you're still gonna makeenough money to be free, to be independent, to be your own boss, you're not able to get firedand so on and so forth.
So, if you wanna dominate you can do that, but you don't have to do that.
So, anyways, what I'mtrying to say is here, you want to go online andyou want to understand the power of the internetand how the internet is much safer than doingan offline business.
Now, I see what you might be saying now, maybe you'll be saying, I'm not good enough tostart an own business, I don't have any businessexperience before, I'm not a guru, right, I don't have the entrepreneurialblood in my veins.
You don't have to be, okay, you don't need to be waitinguntil everything is perfect, you don't have to wait until you're ready.
I wanna share something with you, my very, very first business, the dating advice business, something that has allowed meto make multiple seven figures a year over the last couple of years, I didn't feel ready for anything.
I'm not perfect either, do I look like a typical business person? No, not at all, and maybe I'llnever become a billionaire, most likely I'll neverbecome a billionaire, but it is definitely possible to, number one, build afreedom business yourself as a regular averageJoe, and to number two, even scale to that toregular six figures a month, maybe even multiple seven figures a year, it's definitely possible to do that.
So, and again, I'm tryingto like open my heart a little bit here because Inever feel ready for anything, I didn't feel ready formy client that I got, I wasn't ready for thefirst 10, 000 that I made, I wasn't ready for the first 10K a month, I wasn't ready for the first 100K a month, I was never ready for thefirst million that I made, and I don't feel ready for this video, you can kinda see that here, I don't have any notes, I'm shooting this literally on my iPhone, none of it is perfect.
We'll add some beer all over it I guess that I'm shooting with my iPhone, I'm, there's wind noises coming in here, why do you think I'm shootinga lot of my videos here without a camera team? Because I want to show you, hey, you don't have to be perfect, you don't have to feel ready, you just have to implementthe right things.
Take advantage of the right situation and just switch your mindfrom losing to winning, switch your mind from coping, trying to cope with thesituation, to thriving, seeing where the advantages are, seeing where there issomebody that can help you.
And in all honesty, a tinylittle bit of naivety, that's how you say it, naivety, naivitay, just be a little naive and say, why not? Why not go for it? I may not be perfect, I maynot have a lot of people that believe in me, but hell, I want it, why not going ahead and going for it? And that is something thathas always, always helped me, so I guess that's a littlebit of a bonus point, you don't have to feel ready, you just have to go do it.
So to summarize that, let's summarize, number one, be productive, don't be part of the peoplethat are losing out now, that are seeing this as forced vacation, actually go do stuff, implement things, all right.
Number two, understand thevalue of being in control and regain control.
And number three, go online.
And last but not least, bonus number four, you don't have to feel ready, you don't have to be perfect, just start going for it.
