today's video is a follow-up on a diabetic client who lives two hours away I know what you're thinking what in the heck happened well I will explain and show you how to remedy this situation so stay tuned I'm Lori Holloway known as the meticulous manicurist on YouTube and
an expert in the field of nail technology specializing in pedicures in the last video I talked with this client briefly about the importance of showering more than twice a week to help remove this excess skin on her feet but today you can see that we still have quite
a bit and that's okay sometimes older people just you know can't get to that more than twice a week but it is easy enough for me to remove and I'm going to explain what happened to this big toe if you remember in the last video she had a

four days a week so what do you mean by best day Paris I'm busy from the second I get here until the second I leave every day I work well I've been doing this for a long time so I have regular clients so everybody's on a maintenance schedule
for weeks yeah I broke this client up into left foot right foot because there was so much work to do the the video would have just been so so long so this fingernail file is not dirty I actually use it to file her black but that depends on
you know how much home maintenance you want to commit to a lot of this you could do yourself at home [Music] yeah it's looking really great I can't remember exactly how many months were in between her first and her second pedicure but from the growth of the big
toenail it was probably four to five months and the reason she has this callus on the tip of her big toe is because there was no toenail there to protect it and it's rubbing on one of her shoes that she's wearing she actually has a lot of calluses
on the tips of Oliver toes this time so she must have started to wear a pair of shoes that were too tight that she wasn't wearing before she came to see me the first time because of all of the callous skin on the tips of her toes I
chose to use my diamond mini cuticle bit it's number 15 on my online store because it you can use it too it's really safe to use diamond bits on this again you just use really light pressure but a bit do the work do not press into the skin
yeah I do think so it doesn't look like there's been too much damage to make it grow wonky you must be wearing some shoe though that this is rubbing on yeah I'm gonna thin it out I have to use a different bit yeah then I can feel though
right here there's a little lip where it's starting to grow back in flat yeah now I've switched to my ceramic crosscut cone bit and medium fine because it will remove a little bit of the thickness easier than if I were to just keep trying to use the diamond
bit file I know it looks like an absolute mess but I am NOT going to spend any more time trying to remove any more of this skin has to go back into the water anyone with excessively dry feet or calluses should be drying your feet off like this
and rubbing them with the towel every single time you get up out of the shower because that top layer that has gotten soggy from being in the shower will rub off and it will reduce the thickness in your feet but here I'm using the large Pro angel foot
file to file off the excess skin that is on her heels and around her foot okay you can put that put back in the water – she's back out of the water you can see that more of that excess skin has turned white so I'm going to rub
it to try to remove it a lot of that loose skin that was sitting on the surface just came off in the water yeah I wouldn't know yeah commercial electrical he actually was the guy they sent when people didn't pay kind of like yeah the bill collector he
actually did kind of because yeah the companies had been taking advantage of the smaller company that he worked for for so long they owed them millions of dollars I mean big companies that this little company was doing work for and it would come time they'd finish the job
and the people wouldn't pay and they're like you know we have time we don't have to pay them right now and then they'd hire them for more work and they wanted the work so anyway they just got really really far behind and so when they hired Bruce he
just went around and he started going to them and saying hey and I want to talk to so-and-so and they're like why you over there like well you owe us a lot of money and they paid they bitched about it and they tried to be jerks about it
they paid yeah it's not very nice and to pay their employees yeah [Music] [Music] [Music] does your husband watch my youtube videos well I'll be sure to edit out what you told and his dementia yeah you showing him to justify why we're driving you know yeah so many
