the concept of fractionation has an upside and a downside to it beautifully could be used negatively it's really context dependent fractionation on the positive side could be seen as developing the skill overtime of going into certain states so imagine you were working like a self-hypnosis type of protocol
and you wanted to go into xirn States again and again let's say it's a fighter he's trying to get into a calm but determined state for his fight her fight let's say somebody's doing a sales presentation and they want to go into an animated and convincing state in
order to do what they're going to do the more frequently you drop out of your normal state of consciousness into that altered state of consciousness every time you do that it's called fractionation you're going back in and out of that state that's the positive side of this the
negative the risky side of this is this is what abusers do as well you could also see it as a kind of practiced acclimatization where over time you're trained to get acclimatized to that altered state so that what used to be strange what used to be something that
you just would never accept has now become the new normal so you imagine like a major crisis the first time it happens it's a shock people wonder what the hell is going on they look to each other to see what everybody else is doing they try and figure
it out by the second time it's less and by the third time you've got the scale of it and you know exactly what to do and you will not look to the other monkeys in the troop to be like what do we do you'll know what to do
and you'll enforce that you'll actually put yourself you're saying you won a human being is then far more likely to put themselves in the role of enforcer not only are they not questioning it they're now so unquestioning of it as an absolute given fact that they'll enforce that
if anybody else questions that as fractionation it's a slow creep into a new state of getting things done this is a technique that's been known in hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming for a long time therefore it has to be a technique that people are interested in psyops propaganda
and broad scale control must be aware of it there's just no way that they would be aware of if I'm aware of it they're deafening so I want you to be aware of it too so that you can see if you're being trained at the microcosmic level if
it's individual if it's between you and partner and I want you to be able to go AHA this is the thing that we talked about and now I see it coming if it's at the macro level if it's between you and for example let's say your government similarly
I want you to be aware of it and I want you to be able to say ah I know what this is I saw a video about this I'm being trained it's a stimulus response training protocol that I'm being taken through it's like Pavlov's dogs every time you
ring the bell the dog would salivate so Pavlov what he did he took a group of dogs and every time he gave them food he rang about give food ring bell give food ring bell give food ring bell give food ring bell then you only have to ring
the bell there's no food there the dog salivates why because the dog has a learned response this Bell signals it's a symbol that it's time to eat it's a signal that food is coming so similarly we don't want to be like Pavlov's dogs we don't want to be
in a situation where they just have to say a word or a series of words and we respond in this super predictable way got to be careful it's your consciousness it's your body it's your brain it's your life try to take care of it so in the normal
state of things you would have your normal conscious awareness some people refer to this as code white this is you day to day maybe right now you go to the shop you do something you're in a normal state of conscious awareness the irony of conscious awareness of course
is that it doesn't have that much consciousness there if you're in your regular state of conscious awareness it's highly likely that you are operating on automatic now if you are operating on automatic are you conscious or unconscious well actually you are unconscious so when we talk about hypnosis
and trans States are we making people more conscious or less conscious well hypno hypnose i think was the god of sleep so you think we'll know hypnotism is a lack of consciousness it's literally sleep but actually real-world use of hypnosis because I use hypnosis with athletes like world-class
athletes now I'm at that level homies that's my flex world-class proper famous people and I use quite basic principles of hypnosis to help them and this is one of the things I do with them I usually I would say it's like I wouldn't say the word hypnosis because
it freaks people out so I would say it's like trance work or a visualization so this is us normal we're actually an autopilot and normal conscious awareness and you think hypnosis is about going down I said a bhoot I said it like I'm Canadian you think it's about
going down into unconsciousness sometimes it is sometimes the one we're setting we're setting the program in you'd want the person relaxed but more often than not it's not really about whether you've gone down into sleep or you've become ultra alert and aware it's more like you're running a
program like the examples I gave before if it comes to athletic endeavor and I want them sort of program in which they're successful of what they're doing then normal automatic unconscious state is no good for that the normal automatic state has recordings of their dad telling them they're
not good enough for their mom not showing up for practice or you know or people in the team saying negative stuff to them whatever it is it's no good so we need them actually into an altered state we need them to be running a program in order to
get somebody to run a program if you're normally quite passive and quiet and I need you and you've told me that you want to be active energized enthusiastic motivated in a state of tenacious resolve well we have to run a non automatic program to get you there the
first time we take you there it will feel strange so the time number one it will feel strange now it might feel good you might feel more confident you might feel more energized than everything else but it won't feel like you're in your regular patterns of behavior it
will feel odd the second to third time what happens you start to get used to it so as you go into this altered state of consciousness and start running this program you get used to it and that is fractionation it's very very straightforward whatever you do a lot
of you get good at so in fractionation what we're talking about is developing a skill through repetition we're laying down new neural pathways over and over again if I can get you to respond in the way that I won by laying down a pattern over and over again
you are now skilled at doing that thing that can include fear responses if I want it to terrorize you and I know that if I push certain buttons say certain words and take certain actions you're going to get freaked out I've now developed the skill in you of
