Previously, I taught you guys how to set your own sensitivity settings.
I noticed that many of you watched my video seriously, and it was extremely useful for you guys.
Many commented that their gameplay improved alot after using my technique to set their sensitivity.
Can even control recoil of 10 AKMs.
.
.
xD Getting the right sensitivity settings can improve recoil control greatly.
But if you want to achieve nearly zero recoil, it's easy too, just get a hac— Just equip a foregrip and it'll improve your recoil control in different situations.
Some may ask, QiuGe, there are so many different foregrips, what are their benefits and which should I choose? Now this is a good question.
In today's episode, I'll be discussing about the functions of each foregrip and what they're suitable for.
Welcome to today's tutorial.
I'm sure everyone knows which assault rifle is the most popular among players.
M416 is definitely the one.
This gun can be equipped with many accessories to improve its stability, and its stats are all-rounded.
So when there's a fully equipped M416, I'm sure no one can resist the temptation~ Speaking about accessories that “level-up” a gun, we can't miss mentioning about foregrips.
There are 6 foregrips: Vertical Foregrip, Angled Foregrip, Light Grip, Thumb Grip, Half Grip and Laser Sight.
So many different foregrips, what exactly are their differences? Some of you even use the first grip you find.
This is a huge mistake.
Only when you choose the right foregrip, you'll gain advantage in the match.
1.
Vertical Foregrip Let's look at its stats: Reduces vertical recoil, Improves stability.
Recoil consists of Vertical recoil and Horizontal recoil.
Vertical recoil affects the upward and downward movement of the gun when shooting.
Horizontal recoil affects the left and right movement of the gun when shooting.
So when we equip Vertical Foregrip, it will help to better control the upward and downward recoil when shooting.
It's highly applicable to most guns.
If you like to use the manly M762, I advise you to equip Vertical Foregrip.
2.
Angled Foregrip Equipping Angled Foregrip will greatly reduce horizontal recoil, and reduce scope opening time.
If you're a seasoned player who is slightly skilled in recoil control, you can equip the Angled Foregrip to reduce left and right recoil movements when shooting.
This allows you to aim more accurately.
The Angled Foregrip is highly recommended to be equipped on guns with low vertical recoil.
For example, Scar-L and QBZ.
3.
Light Grip This grip is quite popular in high-tier matches recently.
You can almost find it in every enemy crate.
Let's look at its stats: Greatly increases stability.
Slightly increases recoil recovery speed.
What does this mean? It's simple.
When shooting, the crosshair will jump upwards and move back to the original position.
Let's observe in slow-motion.
One advantage of the Light Grip is that when you're shooting with automatic sniper rifles, the crosshair recovery speed is much faster than other foregrips.
This allows us to aim more accurately, especially when shooting moving targets.
Nowadays, most players prefer using 3x-scope, and Light Grip can greatly increase recoil stability.
Let's watch the 3x-scope recoil stability when equipped with Light Grip.
Now, let's compare Vertical Foregrip and Light Grip equipped on SKS in slow-motion.
(Left: SKS + Vertical Foregrip | Right: SKS + Light Grip) (Shooting at same time) As you can see, it's obvious that the crosshair recovery speed on the right is faster.
Remember, when using SKS, equip it with Light Grip~ 4.
Thumb Grip Its stats are similar to Angled Foregrip: Greatly reduces scope opening time.
Slightly reduces vertical recoil.
Slightly increases stability.
Its stats are pretty good and highly applicable to most guns.
And when you face enemies, Red Dot/Holographic Sight + Thumb Grip will allow you to open scope and aim more quickly, gaining advantage.
(Left: M762 + Vertical Foregrip | Right: M762 + Thumb Grip) (Scoping in at same time) (Left: Incomplete scope-in | Right: Scope-in completed) 5.
Half Grip This grip is more interesting.
It will reduce vertical and horizontal recoil, increases recoil recovery speed, but stability will be reduced.
(Left: M416 + Half Grip | Right: M416 + Light Grip) (Left: More vigorous crosshair movement | Right: Less vigorous crosshair movement) 6.
Laser Sight Lastly, let's discuss about this special Laser Sight.
Strictly speaking, this isn't considered a foregrip.
So what's the function of this accessory? Simple, only 1 function: Reduces hip fire spread.
(Hip fire equipped with Laser Sight) (Hip fire equipped with other foregrips) (Left: Laser Sight | Right: Other foregrips) In order to shoot accurately, we must scope-in.
The bullet spread will be smaller and it's easier to control.
And, bullet trajectory for scope-in shooting and hip fire are different.
Let's watch the difference.
(Left: Scope-in shooting | Right: Hip fire) As you can see, the bullet spread is larger for hip fire.
It's still acceptable for close-range battle, but it's not advisable for long-range shooting.
I noticed several female players are not used to scope-in shooting, so Laser Sight is suitable for you~ Just to mention, only you can see this green laser, enemies can't see it.
So don't worry about it exposing your location~ Alright, that's all for today's topic! If you find this useful, feel free to share it with your friends and rush Ace-tier together! In next episode's Topic 4, I'll be teaching how to throw grenades, techniques on using throwables.
I noticed many comments about this topic on my videos and stream room.
Don't hurry, I'll definitely give a tutorial.
Let me know what you'd like to see next! Look forward to the next episode~.
