process that may seem difficult to understand I want to offersome direction and positive insight regarding this important topicthis video might be unlike many of the videos that I've already created in thepast because I want to challenge you I want to challenge any programs you havethat you may not

law pertain to our current world circumstances couldit be that the dark side of light its polar opposite has been blinding us tothat light's presence in any real sense of the word in other words have we beenfocusing on that dark side for so long that we've forgotten that there
even isa light side and now because we're learning the true difference in the twothe law of rhythm another universal law is swinging us to the other side of thestick so to speak and bringing us fully into the light what if this perceiveddark side has a grander purpose for
us all and that purpose is to show us howgood life can really be to show us what we stand for to help us remember what webelieve about ourselves and the power we hold at the very core of our being andcould it be that what appears to be dark
is now tapping us into the othersof its likeness the light I'm not asking you to focus on negativity I'm askingyou to see the program and wake up from it opening our eyes is what it will taketo dissolve it the matrix program is just like our subconscious programs infact
they're interconnected when you expose them and challenge them theyretreat they become dimmer and dimmer and then vanish because you take thepower away from them in fact we already have some clues that this story startedlong before our eyes were open to it and where it might be leading once
again I'mnot telling you that any of this is true I'm asking you to research and questioneverything for yourself but you almost have to have a fire lit underneath youto break free from the program that's what our current circumstances aregiving to us and I'm going to help you with
that here so you can open your mindand be freed there will be a surprise outbreak and this is ascension the ascensionprocess is actually happening now but if you actually look at the derivation ofthe word apocalypse it's a Greek word and it means the great awakeningactually it means the

2003 and we're at the height of it right now people keepsaying what is it gonna happen what is it gonna happen you're in the middle ofit now and those of you who are aware of it know things are changing you know thevibrations are different you use time is
speeding up you know something is goingon if you're in the middle of this you know it's happeningif we're gonna go with it now there's the older than the new earth it's movinginto a whole nother dimension if we're going to go with it our vibrations andfrequencies also have to
change this means the vibrations of frequencies areour body have to change and it said they cannot change overnight because if itdid it would destroy the body it has to happen gradually so since 2003 ourbodies have been changing the frequencies and vibrations are speedingup in our own bodies as
this moves yes she said et's that's a whole separatetopic that we can get into at a later date and she also said that we've beenmaking these changes gradually since 2003 our physical bodies and theirvibrational frequencies along with the frequency of the earth have beenacclimating to this for quite
some time you may not realize it just yet but thenew earth is here and the black side of the stick that we talked about earlierthe dark and the negative will not be staying with us some people say do Ihave to die to go no you will go in
your physical body this is a physical thingthat is happening to the earth and to us and in the beginning you take yourphysical body and after I don't know how long it'll be when we're over there youwill turn into a being of light you won't need anything but the
new earth isso beautiful and so wonderful now the old Earth's were leaving it's aseparating of the two the old earth is where the negativity is as for all ofthe wars all of the the hurricanes all the earthquakes all these things thecatastrophes are being left with the old earth
those that are into too muchnegativity stay with the old earth they can't change their vibration pastsenough to go it has to be a gradual thing they said they've stayed with whatthey have created because that's your Karma they have tostay with that and basically when they die they will
go somewhere where theyare still karma to be repaid they say don't worry about it eventually they'reall going to get there anyway this is what's in the Bible in the Book ofRevelations when they talked about the all new heaven and the new earth thosethey're taking those are left behind
this is what they're talking about we are all making this shift but asalways the choice is yours to decide which parts of this shift you willembrace and just how quickly you will embrace them so how do we ascend quicklywe have arrived at the destination and merely have to

if this is happening youknow how does it look you know I can still see all these things these thingsare happening out there I must still be I'm on the older earth because look atall these horrible things that are going on and and that's you know so what whatnothing's
happening nothing's happening and if you look at it see the two aresuperimposed over each other right now that's why you can still see you'reactually in the new earth now okay just just stay keep saying what is it gonnahappen is you're already out there already there it's just it's
sittinghere with the old earth is superimposed over the other one so you can still seewhat's going on on the old earth all right now but and when you see thosethings I mean you have to ask yourself because you're saying that's that'swhat's happening that's in the world it's in
in told the news but is itreally happening to you is it really in your world okay that's the distinctionis it really your well that can be you can make it your world you can getemotionally involved in it you can watch the news and get all caught up in
thatand make it your world and what you just did is you jump from here to here whenyou did that okay that's it's so easy right now to jump from one world to theother because they're sitting on top of each othernow as you make choices and that's a huge
part of this as the choices youmake choices of what you want to think what you want to do didn't you hit thatsounds familiar doesn't it what you want that moves you to this one and everytime you make a choice you move okay and they start moving this way
and that'show they start separating that's how simple this is it's your choice whetherthat's what you want to be your world it's your thoughts that create yourworld so you ate your own realities everything in your life you put thereyes so you are the one that chooses which world and
how your world will lookand where you will be by your choices the people are always saying oh are wejust gonna go BAM and we're there no you you're in it now it's so gradual andsubtle that you just suddenly they'll see if we can say you know things feelbetter
they look that different things are going better you know you're movingand it's gradual like that so it won't be sudden you're in it now did you hearthat we are moving out of the enslavement of the human psyche body andspirit we are removing the spell that we cast upon

things because this is the body adjusting and we havedepression depression is a biggie you'll go through a lot of that and dizzinesssometimes you go for several days being dizzy but these things only last a fewdays and then they fade and it may be a week or so you'll
get another oneringing in the ears is a big one because that is the energy is being raised nowyou probably notice your diets are changing are you noticing your diets arechanging because in order for us to do this the body has to become lighter soyou have to get away
from heavy meats especially beef and pork this holds downto the earth you could have lighter foods and throughall of my clients when they always want to know about their diets it's alwaysthe same thing they tell them the best diet the best food to eat is live foodslive foods
mean fresh fruits and vegetables and there's one more theorythat I want to outline in this video you may have heard the buzz lately aboutnosara and just Sarah this particular subject is somewhat new to me and I'mnot an expert regarding it so I'm gonna place it here in the
